Anchored In The Word

" Your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path" - Psalm 119 : 105

When life feels uncertain or overwhelming, God's word becomes our steady anchor. It doesn't always illuminate the entire journey, but it faithfully lights the next step. Scripture grounds us in truth when emotions sway and circumstances shift. It reminds us who we are, whose we are, and where we're going. To be anchored in the word is to choose clarity over confusion, peace over panic, and faith over fear. His word is not just a guide, it's a lifeline.

Prayer: Father, thank you for the gift of your word. When I feel lost, remind me to turn to your truth. Let your promises steady my heart and your wisdom guide my decisions. Help me to seek your voice above all others and to follow the path you've laid before me. May I be anchored in your word, unwavering and full of light. - Amen
